Download the ProProctor application
Conduct a system readiness check
If you are using an employer-issued computer check with your employer’s IT department that you have the necessary permissions
Save your “Appointment Confirmation” email sent by Prometric
Save your 16-digit confirmation number and exam date and time
Ensure your ID meets all four requirements and your first and last names are printed in Roman characters which exactly matches your exam registration
Prepare your testing environment
Check your internet connection: use an Ethernet cable for best connectivity
Remember: only wired headphones are allowed
Self-serve to reschedule: at least 4 days before your exam appointment
