* Save your “Appointment Confirmation” email sent by Prometric
* Save your 16-digit confirmation number and exam date and time
* Ensure your ID meets [all four requirements](https://support.usgbc.org/hc/en-us/articles/6825170395411-Exam-appointments#identification) and your first and last names are printed in Roman characters which exactly matches your exam registration
* Prepare your [testing environment](https://www.prometric.com/sites/default/files/2020-04/PrometricProUserGuide_3.1_1.pdf)
* Check your internet connection: use an Ethernet cable for best connectivity
* Remember: only wired headphones are allowed
* [Self-serve](https://www.prometric.com/gbci) to [reschedule](https://proscheduler.prometric.com/?prg=GBCI\&path=proctorresch): at least 4 days before your exam appointment
